Each apartment home boasts thoughtfully curated features including wood-style vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, spacious closets, a wood-burning fireplace, a private patio or balcony, and an in-home washer and dryer. Around our community, the conveniences expand beyond your front door with an enclosed community dog park, a fitness center, or a community clubhouse all just a short distance away.

Our Queen Anne location puts everything you could want or need within easy reach. Seattle Pacific University is less than a mile away along with many restaurants, markets, and breweries. Pick up fresh seafood at the nearby Fisherman’s Terminal, a fishing port complete with a seafood market and many delicious restaurants, or grab a drink at neighborhood watering hole Rooftop Brewing Company. 

If your commute takes you beyond the neighborhood, King County Metro stops are abundant, and Highway 99 and I-5 are just minutes away.
